Director, Infrastructure Readiness / Commissioning
- Own infrastructure readiness across multiple European projects - from procurement through commissioning
- Drive alignment between General Contractors, OFCI vendors, and STACK's internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Support procurement strategy, evaluating OFCI and GC buyouts to eliminate scope gaps and optimize vendor engagement
- Accelerate commissioning by validating schedules, optimizing sequences, and applying lessons learned across projects
- Lead continuous improvement, developing metrics, benchmarking GC performance, and embedding QA/QC best practices across the portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, guiding decisions that improve predictability, performance, and integration
- 10+ years' experience in data center design, construction, or commissioning, ideally across Europe
- A solid background in engineering or construction with deep technical understanding of MEP and commissioning readiness
- Proven ability to lead and influence in matrixed, multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of procurement and vendor management
- Skilled in schedule validation, QA/QC oversight, and process optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PE or Chartered Engineer qualification preferred, but not essential
- A decisive, pragmatic leader who thrives on delivery excellence
- Able to navigate complexity, connect teams, and drive results
- Passionate about improving processes and reducing time to market
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across regions and discipline

- Location: Flexible across Europe
- Travel: Approx. 1-2 site or stakeholder visits per month
