The Role: We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead the launch and growth of our Contract recruitment offering in the US. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new business line from the ground up, with the support of an experienced delivery team. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving operational growth, and ultimately building your own team. As the Head of Contract Recruitment, you will: Lead the launch and scaling of the Contract recruitment business across multiple sectors, including tech, renewables, supply chain, and med-tech. Build and manage strong client relationships across key industries, driving new business opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of contracts. Manage and grow a high-performing team , developing talent and building a pipeline for future recruitment needs. Develop strategic direction and operational processes , with a clear path to influence business growth and expansion. Ensure recruitment excellence and that clients and candidates receive exceptional service, advice, and solutions. About You: Proven experience in contract recruitment , ideally in one or more of our sectors (tech, renewables, supply chain, or med-tech). Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully scaling a recruitment business or leading a team. Self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial , with the ability to develop and implement strategies for growth. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships. Strategic thinker – able to understand market trends and develop innovative solutions to meet client and candidate needs. Fluent in English (additional language skills a bonus). Why Oliver Parks?
