We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Binding Technician to join our Binders Technical Operations Division. This role offers the chance to work on complex technical transactions, ensure seamless operations, and deliver outstanding service in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the Process: Manage intricate technical transactions, focusing on monthly bordereau for Binding Authorities.
- Be the Problem‑Solver: Resolve pre‑processing queries raised by our offshore team.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with Accounting and Credit Control to ensure accurate premium reconciliation and collection.
- Adapt and Excel: Take on ad‑hoc tasks with confidence and agility, showcasing versatility.
About You
- Expertise: Extensive experience in bordereau processing and deep knowledge of insurance industry regulations.
- Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of Facultative business, Proportional Treaties, Line Slips, Binding Authorities, and Market Reform Contracts (MRC).
- Bureau Knowledge: Proven experience working with the Bureau (DXC) on accounting and settlement protocols.
- Process Proficiency: Full knowledge of end‑to‑end process models, including SLAs and TATs.
- Eligibility: Right to work in the United Kingdom.
