We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Ealing, starting ASAP. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities, helping them achieve their academic potential and build confidence, resilience, and independence.

Staff work collaboratively with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external professionals to provide targeted interventions and individualised support for pupils.
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess personalised learning programmes, ensuring pupils with additional needs can access the curriculum and make measurable progress. Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure consistent support
Provide guidance and mentoring to teaching assistants as needed
Maintain accurate records and contribute to SEN reviews and meetings
Promote an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies at all times
