Veritas Education is partnering with primary and secondary schools across West and South West London to recruit dedicated and adaptable Graduate Teaching Assistants . This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, supporting students' learning, building their confidence, and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Roles are full-time, term-time only, and available to start as soon as possible.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students in achieving their academic goals and reaching their full potential
• Encouraging students to engage proactively with their learning and develop independence
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children to learn and thrive
• Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting general learning and development
• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their individual learning needs are met and they feel included in the classroom
• Demonstrating good presentation and clear communication skills to assist with communication and understanding

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
• Hold a degree and/or relevant qualifications
• Be patient, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and support students effectively
