Accounts Assistant
This is an extremely varied and interesting role that will provide exposure to all aspects of Accountancy and Finance within a busy, commercially focussed and enterprising property group.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Postings and reconciliations for all development companies within the group.
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Loans and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly Cash call reporting for Joint venture partners
- Preparation of payment runs and ad hoc payment requests
- Preparing various costs from AEl, SGA and other companies
- Loan interest calculations and other reporting for JV partners
- Preparation and submission of CIS returns
- Preparation of monthly VAT returns
- Assisting with Audit queries
- Filing for own companies
- Providing ad hoc support where required.
This role will provide you with continued career progression and ongoing support for AAT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifications.
