Nursery Room Leader in Chingford

We are looking for a Room Leader to join the team at this lovely nursery in Chingford!

This nursery is a great place to work, and provides a warm and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and grow. As a Room Leader, you will be joining a dedicated team who are passionate about early childhood development.

As a Room Leader, it is essential that you hold at least a Level 3 qualification in early years or childcare, and it's desirable that you have 3-4 years of experience within a nursery, with some experience with Room Lead responsibilities. There are positions available in the toddler room and preschool room.

Your responsibilities as a Room Leader will include planning engaging activities and lessons alongside the team within the room, carrying out observations and assessments to track children's development, and creating strong relationships with parents/carers. You will work in partnership with the Nursery Manager and lead a small team to deliver the highest standards of early years care and education.
