Overview

Join our global team of Operations professionals and develop market-leading skills in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) across a wide range of industries. The Operations Graduate Programme gives you the chance to work across multiple areas of Accenture Operations, building expertise in automation, analytics, and client delivery. You’ll gain first-hand experience in everything from solution design to account leadership, while developing skills that put you at the forefront of operational transformation.

What you’ll be doing

During your first two years, you’ll rotate across different areas of Accenture Operations, such as:

• Business Operations Delivery – Deliver services in core business processes, supporting efficiency, quality, and risk management.
• Mobilisation – Work with project teams to mobilise people, technology, and processes for client services.
• Solutions Architecture – Translate client requirements into deliverable solutions, supporting sales and implementation.
• Account Leadership – Build client relationships, oversee projects, and ensure delivery aligns with client needs.
• Sales – Support bid management, deal shaping, and client negotiations to create compelling value propositions.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduates with or working towards a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or other technical disciplines .
• Flexible, adaptable, and open-minded individuals who can thrive in changing client environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Genuine passion for the Operations industry and a drive to grow your expertise.

Where you’ll be based

• Assigned office will be London , with in-person work expected at least 3 days per week (office or client site).
• Flexibility to travel across the UK depending on client project requirements.
