Head of Client Services (Maternity Cover - FTC 6 Months)

Disrupt
London

Team: Disrupt

Reports to: Managing Director

Salary: £65k

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Client Services (Six months maternity cover) to lead our client services team, oversee the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, and act as a key bridge between our clients, internal teams, and new business functions.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic oversight, excellent people management skills, and a proven track record in client success. The successful candidate will ensure seamless delivery during the maternity cover period, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction, team development, and agency growth.

What Makes the Disrupt Team Special

We’re a close-knit team of influencer marketing specialists – each bringing unique sets of interests and skills. What truly makes us special is our agility and authenticity: We generate genuine influence, and partner with influencers who genuinely align with brands, crafting campaigns that feel organic, not transactional. Our team thrives on innovation, constantly thinking outside of the box to create impact that’s measurable and meaningful.

How We Work

We’ve refined our internal processes over years of delivering high-performance campaigns. That means consistency, clarity and a high standard of delivery – every time.

We work with flexibility and autonomy, allowing team members to play to their strengths and grow in line with their ambitions. But above all, we work together. Whether it’s knowledge-sharing, lending a hand or celebrating wins – collaboration and open communication are at the heart of how we operate.

What you will do

Delivery & Operations

  • Lead weekly internal campaign calls and oversee project delivery/campaign activity across all clients

  • Review and manage agency processes to ensure consistent standards across delivery, and act as final approval for any external campaign documents

  • Oversee team resourcing, ensuring account coverage and capacity are effectively managed

  • Manage scope & contract documentation, including SOWs and invoicing

  • Oversee budget forecasts, review and approve project costs and manage internal administration workflows where required

  • Act as a point of escalation across all clients, both for internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction across all accounts by regularly gathering feedback, monitoring campaign output and escalating quality concerns

Line Management & Team Development

  • Hold weekly 1:1s with direct reports to discuss projects, development, and challenges

  • Lead growth conversations to support skill development and career progression

  • Provide ad-hoc support for team members where required, including internal and external campaign issues/requirements

About You

  • Senior client services leader with proven experience in an agency environment (influencer, creative, marketing, or digital).

  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and campaign delivery.

  • Experienced in people leadership, including line management, training, and career development.

  • Confident in financial management, including budgets, forecasting, and commercial targets.

  • Skilled at process development and operational oversight.

  • Excellent communicator, able to influence at a senior level and act as an escalation point for clients and team.

  • Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with strategic oversight.

  • Experience in Influencer Marketing preferred.

Our Interview Process

We value transparency and want you to feel prepared every step of the way:

  1. Introductory Call – A brief conversation with our People Experience team to learn more about you and your interests. (15-20 mins)

  2. First Interview – Meet with two of our senior team members to discuss your experience and the role. (45-60mins)

  3. Final Interview – Showcase your skills through a relevant task and discuss with our Senior Director of Influencer Services and Managing Director. (45-60mins)
