Interpath Advisory
London

Interpath Advisory is excited to offer a 12-month FTC opportunity for a Graduate Associate within our Corporate Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory within a dynamic and fast-growing advisory firm.

As a Graduate Associate in Corporate Development, you will work closely with senior team members conducting financial analysis, market research, and the preparation of strategic materials that support Interpaths inorganic growth initiatives. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of deal execution and corporate strategy.

What you will do:

Support the Corporate Development team across the end-to-end acquisition cycle, from target sourcing and market research through diligence, sign, close and announcement, as well as post-close integration. Specifically:

  • Support the team in conducting financial analysis, valuation, and market research.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation.
  • Contribute to due diligence and deal execution processes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and assist in delivering tailored corporate development solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to facilitate seamless transaction workflows.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a foundation in corporate advisory within a supportive and fast-paced environment, with the potential to extend or lead to permanent opportunities based on performance.

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
  • Exposure to a broad range of high-profile corporate transactions.
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.
  • Opportunities to develop professional qualifications and expand your network.

Requirements

  • A minimum 2:1 university degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Previous internship or work experience in corporate finance, consulting, or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
