About the Reception Teacher role
The Reception Teacher will lead play-based continuous provision, deliver high-impact phonics sessions and promote language development as the Reception Teacher. The Reception Teacher will assess progress against the Early Learning Goals, plan targeted adult-led sessions and run family engagement workshops as the Reception Teacher. Even as a Part-Time Reception Teacher, you will participate in core CPD from January 2026 and be fully integrated into the EYFS planning cycle from January 2026.
