Model Agent
- Taking care of top-flight international models and managing their career plans and strategy
- Developing relationships with a wide variety of international clients
- Negotiating contracts for models within the fashion, beauty, and jewellery sectors
- At least 3 years working within a model agency
- Interest in working on either the New Faces or Main/Established Models boards
- Additional languages an asset, but not a necessity
- Energetic, organized, and meticulous
- Being responsive and efficient in the management of emergencies and last-minute changes
- Ability to handle stress and work under tight deadlines
- Impeccable organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, demanding environment
