House Manager/PA to Successful Director and Producer Couple - 4 Month Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced House Manager/PA to support a high-profile Director and Producer couple currently shooting a film in the UK on a 4-month contract. The role will be based in Richmond where the couple currently reside.
This is a hands-on House Manager/PA role requiring someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and ensuring a busy household runs seamlessly. The successful House Manager/PA will effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the large private residence, including caring for the couple's beloved dog, and supporting the principals throughout their time in the UK.
Key House Manager/PA Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of a seven-bedroom private residence
- Basic household upkeep including ensuring communal areas remain tidy, making beds, managing bins, dishwashers etc.
- Coordinate household schedules, suppliers, contractors and service providers Manage groceries, household supplies and general errands
- Provide pet care for the family's much-loved dog, including walks and general wellbeing Liaise with property management and external vendors as required
- Support visiting family members and guests staying at the property
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments and household logistics
- Drive the principals or undertake local errands where required
Ideal House Manager/PA
- Previous experience as a House Manager, Private PA, Estate Assistant or in a similar private household role
- A genuine dog lover who is happy to provide hands-on pet care
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of household operations
- Warm, personable and service-oriented approach
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Available to start immediately
