Financial Services Regulatory Solicitor (2-5 PQE)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Services Regulatory team, working closely with leading partners Nina Moffatt and Paul Severs. The team advises on a broad range of UK and EU regulatory issues, including perimeter guidance, governance, compliance, and regulatory change projects.Key Responsibilities
- Advising on FCA and PRA regulatory requirements for banks, investment firms, and asset managers.
- Supporting clients on regulatory change projects, including Consumer Duty and ESG-related developments.
- Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Assisting with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
