The Role
The school is seeking an organised, proactive and professional School Administrator to join its busy and supportive administration team. This is a key role within the school, providing efficient administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the school office and the wider school community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior leaders, teaching staff, students, and parents through the efficient management of administrative processes. They will act as a first point of contact for many enquiries and will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider school staff
Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries from parents, students, and external agencies
Maintaining accurate school records and updating student information systems
Supporting the organisation of school events, meetings, and parent evenings
Assisting with attendance tracking and communication with families
Preparing letters, reports, and other documentation as required
Supporting admissions processes and maintaining student records
Liaising with staff across departments to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
Managing general office tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative work

Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential. Candidates with strong administrative experience in other sectors who are interested in working in education are encouraged to apply.
