Revenue Coordinator - Leading US Law Firm (Hybrid, 4 days in office)

Totum is partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Revenue Coordinator . This is a hands-on billing and collections role, ideal for someone with 2+ years' experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities • Prepare and review client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm and client policies• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices• Collaborate with partners, senior revenue staff, and clients to resolve queries and manage collections• Process write-offs, time/cost transfers, and adjustments as needed• Submit and track e-billing, managing any rejections or issues promptly• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates in the firm's collection systems

What they're looking for • Minimum 2 years' billing experience• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team• Confident using Word and intermediate Excel• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities• Experience in a US law firm environment preferred
