A creative and inclusive mixed 11–18 school in Croydon is looking to appoint a dedicated Drama ECT to join their Performing Arts Department.

The Department
Drama works closely with Music and Dance to deliver exciting projects, festivals, and whole-school shows. The department is supportive and collaborative, ideal for a developing teacher.
The Role
Teach Drama at KS3–KS4
Support school productions and performing arts events
Participate in ECT training sessions and departmental planning
Requirements
Completed teacher training with QTS (Drama specialism)
Creative approach to lessons and performance techniques
A passion for theatre and student engagement
