T he Opportunity

Ten10 is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery on a major client programme within the pensions sector.

In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional engineering teams building scalable platforms using microservices architecture, ensuring Agile practices are embedded and delivery runs smoothly.

You will act as a facilitator, coach, and delivery enabler, helping teams remove blockers, improve Agile maturity, and consistently deliver high-quality software in a fast-moving technical environment.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support Agile delivery across development teams, ensuring efficient and consistent progress

• Remove blockers and enable teams to maintain strong delivery momentum

• Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritisation

• Support teams developing scalable platforms using microservices architecture

• Collaborate with engineering teams operating in cloud-based environments

• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders

• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and collaboration

• Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices

What we’re looking for

Essential Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence effectively

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and proactive approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working with microservices architecture

• Exposure to cloud-based development environments

• Financial services or pensions sector experience
