Join us as a Casual Retail Assistant , where you'll create memorable matchday moments for every fan.
Hours & Pay
Contract: Casual (includes weekend and evening shifts)
Hourly Pay: £13.85
What You'll Do
- Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency
- Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) quickly and professionally
- Working as part of a passionate team to keep the operaton running smoothly
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
- Supporting with kiosk set up and clean-down before and after events
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to work well with others
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
- Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service
