Project Quantity Surveyor
Project Quantity Surveyor - London – £50,000 to £55,000 + Package
A well-established cost consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor into its London team, supporting a strong pipeline across education and residential sectors.
The business is known for delivering complex refurbishment and new build schemes, particularly within university estates and urban residential developments. With long-standing client relationships and a secure workload, this is an opportunity to join a stable and well-structured team.
You will work closely with senior leadership on a mix of technically interesting and socially impactful projects, particularly within public sector and housing-led schemes.
The Role - Project Quantity Surveyor
Deliver cost management services across education and residential schemes
Lead pre-contract cost planning and procurement
Manage post-contract cost control and reporting
Act as a key client interface on projects
Support delivery across multiple live schemes
Minimum Qualifications
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or client-side
Strong understanding of pre and post contract duties
Residential and/or education sector experience preferred
Ideally MRICS or working towards
