This role will be required to support the transformation of the People and OD Service, activities will include working with the relevant heads of service to deliver their consultation and project manage them to a conclusion. The role will support different aspects i.e. working with TU, working with HR colleagues to share information, manage the change process, capture feedback, development and be able to support implementation of final changes and mobilisation of the new structures.
The person will have expertise and strong experience in undertaking reorganisations within a public sector arena, be confidence to work with heads of service to facilitate the change project and be able to work with HR employees who will be experiencing the change process..
Key skills will include:
• Project management of multiply restructures
• Work strategically with HR Heads of Service and Director
• Ability to produce project plans, assess risks, updates and solutions to
business issues.
• Experience of working with trade unions
• Lead and undertake change activities including producing change
documents, employee engagement, consultations, responding to employee queries, working to timelines and maintaining good communication throughout
• Be able to align with local operating procedures and specific activities
• Experience of using Teams and Outlook products to operate efficiency
• Able to communicate effectively and positively to a range of stakeholders
This will be predominately an office based role

CIPD qualified or Organisational Design/Development qualification
