Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Site Security: Key holder responsibilities, setting alarms, and ensuring building security outside of operating hours.
- Maintenance: Responding promptly to repair requests and carrying out general maintenance tasks.
- Facilities Support: Assisting the Site Manager with contractor access and preparation of facilities for events and lettings.
