- Contract Crusader: Full accountability for all statutory and regulatory compliance (H&S, Fire, Water), negotiating and managing all external service contracts.
- Team Leader: Leadership, training, and development of the in-house premises and grounds staff teams.

- Essential Requirements: Extensive managerial experience in facilities management within a large institutional environment.
- Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be £58,000 - £70,000 per annum), reflecting the independent sector and Inner London weighting.
