About the Year 5 Teacher role
The Year 5 Teacher will plan ambitious topic sequences, lead high-quality reading and maths lessons and design enrichment projects as the Year 5 Teacher. The Year 5 Teacher will run small-group interventions, lead residential preparation and support transition into Upper KS2. From planning in the weeks before January 2026 through to delivery after January 2026, the Year 5 Teacher will be given protected time to prepare and reflect.
