Executive Assistant
- Manage the diary and schedule of senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as required by the team.
