A thriving co-educational 11–18 secondary school in Croydon is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to join their facilities team from January .
This well-regarded school prides itself on excellent behaviour, strong leadership, and a safe, welcoming environment. The Site Manager will be responsible for the upkeep, security, and smooth operation of the school premises.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing site maintenance, repairs, and health & safety compliance
• Managing cleaning, security, and contractor work
• Conducting regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Supporting emergency maintenance and responding promptly to site issues
• Managing premises budgets and maintenance schedules
• Leading the site team to ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness
