Content Design Producer in City of London
Job description
Content Design Producer
London (Hybrid) | Approx. £84,000 | 3M Contract
Job Summary
The International Content Design team conceptualises designs and creates content experiences for some of the most visible media products at a leading global tech company. Your ideas will impact the way people consume media products, what they look and feel like, and how they’re used by millions of people across the globe.
We are seeking a world-class Content Design Producer. This opportunity is for a communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats, and technologies; and who can collaborate well with others.
This individual should have extensive experience as a Producer and/or Project Manager leading content design projects, timelines, and deliverables. The skills to lead multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, and communicate clearly will come naturally to you. You are highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. You can ‘see around the corner’ and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges. Prior experience in international organisations, coordinating work across distributed teams, and communicating with cross-functional partners and external vendors is a plus.
Key Qualifications
- Extensive creative production experience specifically with design and illustration projects at a design agency or in-house design department.
- Demonstrated experience working with world-class creative teams, managing design processes and systems at scale.
- Experience working with international brands or agencies, with multi-language and culturally relevant content.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem solver.
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are a must.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end content creation and production processes across multiple Books workstreams. More specifically:
- Run and communicate overall production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
- Manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and deliverables across multiple global timezones.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve potential challenges throughout the creative and production processes.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations when necessary.
- Provide deep project oversight to ensure that time-sensitive bottlenecks are eliminated and high-quality creative is produced on time.
- Partner closely with internal and external teams to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless.
