Our client, a leading and innovative structural engineering firm in London, is looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team.

The Associate Structural Engineer will take ownership of projects from concept through to detailed design, ensuring technical excellence while delivering exceptional client service. Acting as both designer and project manager, the role involves leading a team of talented engineers, coordinating resources, and driving projects to successful completion. Collaboration is key, working across disciplines including civil and geotechnical engineering, while also representing the firm in client meetings and on-site.

This is a role for someone who thrives on innovation and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to influence design philosophies, implement sustainable solutions, and help the firm maintain its reputation for excellence. Site visits, technical leadership, and active contribution to team initiatives will be part of the day-to-day experience.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered structural engineer with proven experience in structural analysis, design, and software such as CAD, Revit, BIM, or Sofistik. Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience in sustainable design and renewable energy projects is a strong plus.
