HR Manager role in Haringey - Outstanding Secondary
A high-achieving secondary school in Haringey is seeking a strategic and highly organised HR Manager for a permanent June start. This vital position involves managing the complete staff lifecycle, overseeing complex employee relations, advising the Senior Leadership Team on policy compliance, and taking absolute ownership of the Single Central Record (SCR). This is a fantastic role for an experienced HR professional looking to lead a department within a specialised educational setting.

Requirements * Essential: Proven, significant experience managing HR operations and the Single Central Record (SCR) specifically within a UK school or academy setting is a must.

CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above is highly desirable) alongside strong employment law fluency.
Key Details & Benefits * Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Year contract).
Salary Range: £44,000 – £50,000 per annum (premium tier management package).
