Off-Payroll

• Collate and file completed and approved business cases
• Collate and file completed CEST’s
• To provide general assistance and guidance.
• To liaise with such managers who have engaged an off -payroll worker without going through the correct process.
• To monitor a dedicated Off-Payroll email inbox
• General data entry work

Benefits and rewards

  1. Undertake administration in support to the council’s Benefits and rewards including any new employment initiatives as when necessary.
  2. Update Mini Merit excel spreadsheet once E-Voucher orders have been placed, ensuring all employee information and cost codes are recorded accurately.
  3. Provide support to any employees Real Benefits.
  4. Provide assistant to keep the Council’s web pages up to date to reflect any changes in Council pay and reward package including staff benefits.
  5. To provide assistant to maintain and update the HR pages on Transform relevant to the work of the section.
  6. Undertake administration in support to help organise the annual staff awards ceremony.
  7. Provide administrative support including minute taking to key corporate groups which may be set up from time to time.
  8. Carry out duties of post with sensitivity and due regard to Council’s Equal Opportunities policy, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  9. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Department / Section.
  10. Contact local retailers and restaurants to ensure deals and offers being provided are still current and up to date.
  11. Chase Edenred invoices and once processed on Fusion, send to LBB accounts payable for payment.
