Quantity Surveyor - Major Multi-Phase Residential Development
Location: South West London
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 DOE + Car/Travel Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare

The Opportunity
A leading residential developer is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major multi-phase RC frame residential development in South West London. This is a long-term, high-volume scheme with a strong pipeline of work and an established team already on site.

You will be working on an existing phase of the development, with a key focus on package account management, including payments, final accounts, and procurement. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of key commercial functions on a large-scale project and be part of a well-supported and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the commercial performance of multiple work packages
Administering subcontractor accounts, including payments, variations, and final accounts
Supporting procurement and letting of new packages
Working closely with the site and commercial teams to ensure financial targets are met
Ensuring accurate reporting and maintaining commercial controls throughout the project lifecycleIdeal Candidate:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)
Experience working directly for a developer or main contractor on RC frame, high-volume residential schemes is essential
Strong understanding of procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration
Confident managing multiple packages and stakeholders in a fast-paced site-based environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsWhat's on Offer:
