Role Details:
Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: Glasgow
Kura are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team! The Continuous Improvement Manager will identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business for our clients through employing process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and the application of innovative thinking, whilst installing a Continuous Improvement change culture. The role will support and work with a range of internal and external stakeholder groups, helping to identify opportunities to reduce waste, enhance customer experience, and drive efficiency, effectiveness, and economy across all operations to optimise profitability for either Kura/client or both. The Continuous Improvement Manager will also be responsible for supporting, contributing, and leading (where appropriate) client led change initiatives within the account annual plan.

Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and work well under pressure
- An understanding of the market including operational delivery and customer expectations.
- Excellent planning, organisational, communication and time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good understanding of the contact centre industry
- Track record of delivering projects on time, to quality and budget
- Highly focussed and sales driven for growth opportunities through existing clients
- Act with integrity at all times when representing our business and its people
- Ambassador for Kura values and brand
- Process Mapping
- Change Management
- Continuous Improvement background, with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodology preferred but not essential
