Housekeeper, part-time role, Job ID J1E935
This lovely family based in Clapham, London, is seeking a Part-time Housekeeper/House Manager to maintain their 4-bedroom home to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to take initiative, and confident in managing household tasks independently. Responsibilities include all general housekeeping duties and cooking meals for the week, so strong culinary skills are essential. Fluency in English is required, as clear and comfortable communication with the client is important. The family has a dog, so the candidate must be comfortable around pets.
Working hours: Monday, Thursday and Friday (flexible on the times)
Duties include:
- dusting and mopping the floors
- doing the laundry and ironing
- polishing the furniture
- cleaning the windows
- organising and maintaining their wardrobes
- running errands such as grocery shopping
- preparing a variety of healthy meals, following recipes
- dry cleaning
- weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms
- unloading and loading the dishwasher
