Funds Paralegal
The Asset Management Paralegal will support attorneys across all stages of private funds work, including fund formation, closings and portfolio transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with the drafting and review of fund documentation such as subscription agreements and private placement memoranda, supporting regulatory compliance under UK and EU frameworks (including AIFMD), and assisting with regulatory filings and record‑keeping.
The role will also involve transaction support for fund closings, including managing checklists, coordinating document execution and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Additional duties include client and investor liaison, legal and regulatory research, document and data room management, maintaining trackers, and providing general administrative support to the Private Funds team.Recommended Jobs
