The Opportunity

ECT Induction & Support
The school implements a one-to-one buddy system with a recently qualified teacher for peer-to-peer advice and informal support. Subject-specific coaching focuses on mastering high-stakes GCSE assessment, moderation, and the art of the analytical literary essay. You will also have full access to the school’s middle-leadership development programme from the end of your first year for rapid career progression.
Requirements & Salary
Applicants must hold QTS and a relevant degree in English. The salary is paid on the National Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
