Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £15.82 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the assigned housing facilities.

Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and report any maintenance issues.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Be flexible with working hours and adapt to different cleaning tasks as needed.

Person Specifications

Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a housing or similar environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.

Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to various cleaning duties.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enhanced DBS disclosure required, valid within the last 12 months.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
