What you will do:

- Provide a highly specialised service to children with Occupational Therapy needs, offering top-tier assessment, diagnosis, and therapy packages.
- Support the development of training packages for school staff, parents, and other professionals, equipping them to recognise and address child or young person issues effectively.
- Prioritise the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and young people at all times.
- Assist the service in monitoring and achieving Key Performance Indicators, ensuring target Activity Levels and demonstrating quality and outcomes impact.
- Lead quality governance, audits, and projects for the team or service.
- Manage the performance of identified team members and support the team leader in team development.
- Deputise for the team leader in managing day-to-day operations when necessary.

Requirements include HCPC registration and a full driving licence, making it essential for effective performance in this role.
