ER Consultant
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary and grievance cases effectively and professionally.
- Support in driving continual process improvements
- Look at trends amongst the ER cases
- Offer advice on performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases.
- Deliver training and support to line managers on employee relations best practices.
- Monitor and report on employee relations trends within the organisation
