What we need…
As a Product Marketing Manager at YOOBIC you will take ownership of how we grow and deepen customer relationships through strategic product marketing. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll drive the success of our products—not just at launch, but throughout the entire customer journey. Focused on supporting retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, you'll work across teams to ensure every customer becomes a power user and YOOBIC evangelist.
You’ll be the voice of the product both internally and externally, ensuring that our customers not only adopt but also expand their use of the YOOBIC platform.
Please note this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Hammersmith office.
What you'll do…
Manage the product release process, ensuring all aspects of the launch are executed efficiently and on time.
Collaborate closely with the Product Team to understand the product, its features, and customer benefits to craft compelling messaging and value stories.
Manage the positioning, and content required for successful product launches.
Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to create aligned and impactful launch materials, including email campaigns, landing pages, website updates, and sales collateral.
Create, organize, and host product-focused webinars to engage customers and prospects.
Support the creation of launch plans and timelines, ensuring alignment of marketing, product, and sales efforts.
Analyze market feedback and post-launch results to refine launch strategies for future products.
Act as a key advocate for the product, ensuring all stakeholders are well-equipped with the tools and knowledge they need for successful customer adoption.
Contribute to other product marketing initiatives as needed, helping drive company goals and objectives.
Work on cross sell, upsell and adoption initiatives when they relate to the product
What you have...
2+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on product.
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
Familiarity with product launch frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to work within an established process.
Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
A deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and customer needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience organizing webinars and other virtual events to support product launches and customer engagement.
