The opportunity:As a Solutions Consultant (Pre/Post Sale), you'll play a pivotal role in Stream's mission of giving every working person globally power over their pay, to have complete financial freedom and wellbeing. You'll be a bridge between sales and delivery, working with prospects, clients & partners to ensure a seamless sales and onboarding experience.
Ultimately, the work you do will be instrumental in growing the Stream roster, as well as maximising end user experience through elegant solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Bring to life the Stream App and Employer Portal through meaningful demos and presentations to C-Suite stakeholders.
- Expertly explain our "Flow of Funds" as well as address concerns about data privacy and security.
- Navigate objections and guide prospective clients towards Stream best practices and tailored solutions where appropriate.
- Simplify and explain integration principles for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimise data transfer (SFTP and APIs) between systems, always aiming to maximise end-user experience.
- Work with internal and external CISOs, DPOs and Security Teams to complete client InfoSec/DPIA Reviews.
- Work with new and existing external partners to develop and refine strategic partnerships.
- Seamlessly handover newly signed clients to Delivery and Client Success teams, providing ongoing support throughout onboarding where necessary.
- Support with the ‘technical scoping’ of existing client change requests.
- Actively contribute to enhancing team best practices, documentation, and internal processes. This includes triaging client/prospect feedback to product teams.

- Proven experience in technical consulting, ideally within the fintech or HR tech space.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and get involved in a wide range of day-to-day activities from sales calls to security assessments.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement drive.
Working policy: We operate a hybrid policy; you’ll be in our beautiful London office three days per week, with flexibility to work from home.
Salary: Dependant on experience, salary bandings starting from £60,000 - £70,000+ + lucrative commission scheme & options
