Role Overview:
  • As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect within Accenture’s SAP practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex SuccessFactors programmes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, you will take a holistic view of client implementations to ensure business processes are fully supported and tangible value is delivered.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business and functional requirements, translate them into robust SuccessFactors solution designs and oversee their delivery.
  • You will ensure that all SuccessFactors workstreams remain aligned with the overall programme vision and integrate effectively with other systems, safeguarding end-to-end outcomes.

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

Solution Design & Delivery
  • Lead the overall design of SuccessFactors solutions with primary focus on EC and Time Management
  • Ensuring alignment with client business processes and transformation goals.
  • Act as a business advisor to coach, steer the client towards the optimal solution that reflects their business need and business goals • Collaborate with clients to analyse requirements, and guiding these into functional and technical design artefacts.
  • Provide oversight and guidance across multiple SuccessFactors modules and workstreams, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between client stakeholders, delivery teams and integration partners to manage internal / external dependencies and risks.
  • Champion best practices, new capabilities and continuous improvement to maximise client value.
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.

Thought Leadership & Innovation
  • Bring innovative thinking, industry best practices, process knowledge and the latest trends in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with the SuccessFactors roadmap and upcoming releases, and ability to align client strategies with platform advancements.
  • Awareness of the latest trends in AI and innovations in HR technology and the ability to leverage them to drive business value for clients.
  • Leadership & People Development
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
  • Capability to lead business development efforts, including contributing to pre-sales activities, proposal development and solution presentations.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership within Accenture and client organisations, driving transformational change and HR excellence.
  • Experience defining the strategic direction for SAP SuccessFactors service offerings and driving their implementation across projects.

Depth of SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central plus at least one Talent module).
  • Proven experience leading large, complex and multi-module SuccessFactors implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple SAP SuccessFactors commitments simultaneously (e.g. as subject matter advisor in the sales process and/or on a delivery), ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track record of enhancing SuccessFactors solutions and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
