School Administrator - Teddington
We are seeking a highly organised, reliable, and professional School Administrator to join a welcoming primary school in Teddington, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an educational environment and supporting the smooth running of school operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day school administrative tasks efficiently
Provide support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team
Maintain accurate records, including pupil data and attendance
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general enquiries professionally
Assist with school communications to parents and staff
Organise meetings, appointments, and school events
Support the administration of school policies and procedures
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in school administration or office management
Be highly organised, efficient, and proactive
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be IT literate with experience using office software and school management systems
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be committed to supporting a positive and safe learning environment
