Community & Partnerships Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic Community & Partnerships Manager to transform how Origin connects with people, places, and culture. You’ll turn community activity into a purposeful brand function, building partnerships, activating our spaces, and creating experiences that deepen engagement and elevate Origin’s presence within coffee culture.
This role replaces our former Events Manager position, evolving from event delivery to relationship-building. You’ll collaborate with like-minded brands, creators, and communities, finding fresh ways to bring Origin’s story to life through shared values, creativity, and purpose.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage partnerships with brands, organisations, and communities that align with Origin’s purpose.
- Activate Origin’s retail spaces for community events and collaborations.
- Spot emerging cultural and lifestyle trends that position Origin at the heart of coffee culture.
- Work with Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, and Sustainability teams to deliver impactful activations.
- Share stories and outcomes from partnerships to amplify our brand across channels.
- You’ll often be out in the world, connecting with partners and communities where coffee, culture, and collaboration come to life, travel and on-site presence are part of how you’ll make an impact.
About You
- You have experience in brand partnerships, community engagement, events, or cultural programming.
- You’re curious about people, culture, and what connects them, primarily through coffee.
- You’re organised, creative, and confident in managing multiple projects from idea to execution.
- You communicate clearly and build relationships naturally, both inside and outside of work.
- You’re motivated by authenticity, collaboration, and creating something that lasts.
- You’ll be comfortable with travel, weekend, or evening work, as the role involves supporting events and partnerships across our communities.
