Associate - Asset Backed Lending (Real Estate)
- You will support on underwriting new transactions, build and refine financial models, negotiate term sheets, coordinate closing, and monitor live exposures across Europe.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on lending opportunities.
- Be competent with financial modelling; build and maintain detailed financial and covenant models (cash-flow waterfalls, stress tests, sensitivity analyses)
- Assist in preparing credit proposals and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments within financial services and real estate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
