Our client is offering a unique career-launching opportunity  for driven individuals looking to break into international financial advisory.

The programme begins with a two-month  intensive training placement at an investment bank in Mauritius , followed by a full-time advisory role in various offices around the world. All relocation and logistical support is provided for both stages.

This is a full-time, overseas position starting soon with the next intake. Dates will be shared if you are selected for this program. Applicants must be prepared to relocate and committed to building a long-term career in financial services.

In your inaugural year, you’ll embark on a comprehensive journey within their academy, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in financial advisory. You’ll delve into the client journey, report writing, communication skills, and the effective utilization of their training platform. Throughout the program, their Development team will offer additional training programs to further hone your skills. Upon completing your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your development toward becoming a Financial Advisor. They’ll support you in pursuing additional exams while providing ongoing development to propel your career forward.

Please note: This role is well suited to individuals looking to build a long-term career in financial services and wealth management. The position is client-facing and performance-driven, with a strong focus on relationship building, business development, and achieving agreed targets. Prior experience in sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills within financial services would be beneficial.
