Your role
- Carry out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments
- Complete general caretaking tasks including basic repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance
- Keep tools and equipment stocked and ready for use
- Record daily work accurately and update customers when needed
- Spot maintenance issues early and report them to keep the environment safe
Your skills
- Experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role
- Ability to identify and carry out minor repairs
- Understanding of basic health and safety in the workplace
- Practical experience using hand tools and light machinery
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
