Front of House Receptionist - Brent | "Outstanding" Primary
We are working with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Brent recruiting for an organized Front of House Receptionist. The school is known for its high standards and requires an individual who can maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.
The Role As the first point of contact for the school community, you will manage a busy reception desk. This role is essential for the smooth daily operation of the school and the safety of its pupils. Key responsibilities include:
Greeting pupils and parents and managing the secure entry system
Processing student attendance and lates via the Arbor management system
Assisting the School Business Manager with financial administration and procurement
Managing the school’s busy internal and external email accounts
Coordinating the distribution of newsletters and digital communications to parents

What the School Is Looking For
Proven experience in a school office or front-facing administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school databases (SIMS/Arbor/ScholarPack)
A warm, approachable personality with a focus on problem-solving
Strong knowledge of safeguarding requirements in a primary setting
