Office Manager
A successful Mixed Secondary School in the London Borough of Ealing is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead its administrative team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who enjoys leading a busy school office while supporting students, staff, parents and senior leaders. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative services and maintaining exceptionally high standards across the office.
You will oversee the daily management of the administration team, supervise reception services, coordinate school communications and ensure all administrative systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining pupil records, supporting admissions, organising meetings, managing correspondence, overseeing HR administration and assisting with financial processes where required.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will help develop and improve office procedures, monitor administrative workflows and ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding requirements and data protection legislation.
You will also coordinate school events, prepare reports, manage office resources and provide excellent customer service to parents, governors, visitors and external agencies.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills together with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Professional and confidential approach
• Previous experience within a school environment desirable
