Skills and Expertise

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of key employment tax issues such as IR35, termination payments, payroll compliance (PAYE, RTI), National Minimum Wage, and dealing with HMRC disclosures
• Project Management: Track record of delivering demanding consulting projects with technical excellence and a client-driven approach.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, sustainable solutions
• Leadership and Mentorship: Capability to support and develop junior team members while building business opportunities.
• Business Development: Proven skills in identifying and converting opportunities into client relationships and business growth.
