Site Manager - Secondary School in Westminster
Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join a well-regarded secondary school in the London Borough of Westminster. This is a full-time role beginning April 2026 , overseeing site maintenance, security and facilities management.

The successful Site Manager will ensure the school site is safe, secure and maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance tasks, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting the overall operational needs of the school.
This role is ideal for an experienced facilities professional looking to contribute to a well-organised and supportive school environment.

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager
• Knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety compliance
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating maintenance work
• Strong organisational and practical problem-solving skills
• Legal ability to work within the UK
